1.500 Surround Sound

Before 5.1 surround sound, there was stereo. Long before both, there was the original surround sound: the grand polychoral style of the 1500s.  Les Canards Chantants invites the listener to occupy the acoustical architecture of lavish works by Victoria, Lassus, Gabrieli and more, in a program that exploits the drama of sound and space.
